Some of my friends got they virtual pet account stolen. But the big question is, is it real criminalism, or simply child joke?!
If you got your virtual dog account stolen, its probably that someone find out your password. Most of the browser games has almost no bugs that allow you to steal an other user’s account. They can’t use a method called brute force, which means they try all possibilities for password, because it would take ages to login.
Almost all cases the pure choise for the password was the problem. DON’T USE common keywords as dog, puppy or password. Also don’t user birth dates, nick or real name. Avoid using only numbers, 0123456789 is NOT a good password.
Virtualbark got its own password strength meter. Its an unique feature almost only this virtual pet site has. Try to find out a password that is at least “normal” strength. But remember the password, its no use to use a password like 4233jnkd1234 that you cannot remember.
Have fun with virtual pets.
